Running Coaching

Monthly Plan - $200 CAD

Whether you’re training for a race, looking to improve your endurance, or simply want to make running a consistent part of your routine, Running Coaching is designed to help you achieve your goals. I will work with you to develop a personalized running plan based on your current fitness level, goals, and preferences.

Services include:

  • Personalized Training Plans tailored to your running goals, whether it's improving speed, building endurance, or preparing for a specific race distance.
  • Form Analysis and technique tips to help you run efficiently and reduce the risk of injury.
  • Strength Training and mobility exercises designed to complement your running and improve performance.
  • Progress Tracking to measure improvements in distance, pace, and overall performance.
  • Motivation & Support throughout your training, including ongoing adjustments to your plan based on your progress.

I’ll guide you every step of the way to make running enjoyable and rewarding, no matter your experience level.

Personal Training

Monthly Plan - $200 CAD

This plan provides a comprehensive approach to your fitness journey, combining training and nutrition to help you reach your personal goals. It includes:

  • A personalized training plan based on your needs, preferences, and fitness level. This plan is updated as you progress to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Nutrition guidance with a tailored plan designed to support your fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement.
  • Weekly check-ins for accountability, adjustments to your plan, and ongoing support.
  • Specific recommendations and advice on supplements, hydration, rest, and other factors that affect your progress.

In-Person Training Sessions

1 hour: $60
45 minutes: $50
30 minutes: $40

These sessions, available exclusively in Toronto, are designed for hands-on support, real-time feedback, and motivation. They include:

  • Warm-up & mobility exercises to prepare your body.
  • Strength training tailored to your specific goals (weight loss, muscle building, endurance).
  • Functional training to improve movement patterns and balance.
  • Core strengthening & stability to enhance posture and prevent injury.
  • Cooldown & stretching to improve flexibility and aid recovery.

In-person sessions allow me to supervise your form, adjust exercises as needed, and provide personalized tips and encouragement throughout your workout.

Live Online Personal Training Sessions

40 minutes: $30
30 minutes: $25

These sessions are personalized and designed to ensure proper form, technique, and motivation while working toward your fitness goals. Each session may include:

  • Warm-up & mobility exercises to prepare your body.
  • Strength & functional training based on your goal (weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, etc.).
  • Core & stability exercises to improve posture and prevent injuries.
  • Stretching & cooldown to enhance flexibility and recovery.
    I will guide you through each movement, correct your form in real time, and make adjustments as needed.
